They'll have a few but as they say it's unlikely any will be administered before the last quarter of the year.

China joined in last month with many other countries to offer their resources for a world wide vaccine. They have 4 different vaccines in development.

The thing people need to be away of is that as with the flu it'll depend upon the strain as to how effective the vaccine will be. There is evidence that there are at least two strains of covid19. This could increase in the next 6 months.

Seen that before work yesterday morning.

Hundreds paying for an un verified vaccine so they could go abroad.

I read Pfizer are trying to get there's though the FDA mid Nov, they don't want to push it though before the US election so as not to influence the result.

Recover ? I thought the point of a vaccine was to stop you getting infected in the first place ? Point me in the direction of this will u I’d like to read about it

I guess that’s expected in the early stages of vaccine been rolled out.

Hopefully any shortcomings will be addressed to get the balance shifted more to ‘success’ than serious complications.

No a vaccine is in most cases to stimulate your own body to produce antibodies to a virus.

Russia did this back in August with 40,000 volunteers its documented in the medical journal The Lancet also by CNN

Not really. You can be infected by Flu having had a flu vaccination but your anti-bodies are better prepared to fight it. So. Inversely yes 'and' no. lol. Semantics really but still factually true.

Perhaps just like the Flu vaccine - we can hope - but there were reports suggesting that twice yearly may be needed.
