I have noticed that. Seems like it’s the only thing the news are putting out at the minute

Don’t even know if they’re covering anything else as it’s made a lot of people so apathetic to watch the same corona talks over and over again

Like aren’t we obly a few months away from the brexit deal?? What’s happening??

My preferred radio station's phone in show is 90% CV related too

Used to love listening to debate on a wide range of subjects everyday, now I've stopped tuning in.

I'm barely interested in brexit,but it's been in the news all week and maybe last week.

is it not still negotiating the deal?- what changes did you think were coming?

there's not much to discuss on brexit is there? britain shafted itself and its people. the jolly triumphant are now either getting fuck all or have to agree on a settlement of trade/borders etc

maybe trump will buy england...

I sometimes watch Al Jazeera news channel - quite different from the narrow opinions on Sky or BBC ( never thought I'd type those letters on here !!)

The news hasn't stopped.

I'm sat watching it now, and it isn't just covid.

The majority of people who say this are also the same people who when asked "do you watch the news?" Say "I don't watch the mainstream media".

With zero irony, then proceed to continue explaining how the news they don't watch doesn't talk about something else.

Only if you watch BBC or local based news broadcasters.

There are others that give far broader daily news and from around the world, some is covid related but it doesn't flood the news.
