He might have or not have symptoms but you have to understand the level of fitness of a professional athlete if they can't survive it we are all doomed!

Depends on the strain, it actually varies between 35-65% , being a professional athlete in this viruses case doesn't alter the outcome, being a professional athlete with rabies doesn't really alter the outcome.

In sars-cov2 having no comorbidities alters the outcome, being under 70 alters the outcome, we know who's at risk and who isn't to a massive extent.

By the way, Ebola is named after the river where it first originated in the Congo.

I don't understand how so many high profile athletes are catching the virus when they are supposed to be observing very tight protocols.

He's more likely than some people to not suffer alot and die. The illness is still something that we're learning about, including that it can cause hearing damage and loss - it's surprising how wide-reaching its effects can be. The worst facet is how, for many, it can cause organ damage that remains somewhat invisible after any illness symptoms have gone. Hope he keeps his good health

Not really deadly though since it is now entirely treatable. I also don't remember banning sex in order to contain the disease either.

It's called asymptomatic. Only deadly in a tiny number of cases.

The virus caused them to die prematurely, unless they were all literally days away from death when they caught it

i think its interesting because it america one of the reasons why people are not playing sport is they because it is easily spreadable they don't want to spread it to more valnurable family members with conditions that mean they may be more suseptable... also having covid has been link to an increase in Myocarditis

and that has ended the lives of at least a couple of college athletes so far

Plenty of top sportsmen and women have tested positive none have been sidelined for long, Jokovik played in French open final last Sunday after testing positive earlier in the year.

Bit of a stretch, just because they had died 28 days after a positive test. Even in a car crash.
