The wonder drug that trump was treated with "remdesivir" is running out of stock in the uk because he has bought the worlds stock of it. India has shed loads of it but they are blocked from exporting any to us.

He has the final say on decided if a world war can be triggered He is the president of one if the most powerful countries on the planet. I'd say that was quite powerful. He has 'No say at all' until a declaration of war by Congress, is voted for and signed (statutory authorization) So that's 535 people more powerful than him.
When was the last time Congress authorised war and America was "officially" at war.?

Korea was 'escalated' from a 'Policing Role'.
