I know my licensing knowledge maybe rusty. But given Doris Johnson latest cummings brain wave of closing bars at 2200/10pm.

A private members club is not licensed like a pub, nightclub etc. They hold a private members club license, which has certain perks etc. One of which is that the police have not right of entry and have to be invited in to the club. No doubt the bars in Westminster are also covered by the same deal.

So it another case of one rule for them and one for us?

atlantisEVOLUTION Swingers Club. Stoke

Any Establishment that has a 'Liquor License' can be accessed by the relevant Authority - There is no Crown or Private Privilege.

Any other establishment with any kind of 'other' license can be accessed upon demand by the relevant authority.

So. No. It isn't a one rule for them etc.
