I read an interesting article about it. I already knew some about it, but it puts it more in perspective, it is not a vaccine but more a symptom reliever and in some cases better than medicine, it seems to be the ultimate healer and very effective against infections, especially now as the winter months is comming too, it is very good against coughs and sore throats to name few things.

Honey contains hydrogen peroxide, which may account for some of its antibacterial properties and it kills most infections, did you slso know how good honey is for you?

There will be research on manuka honey, as this is used in dressings.

Broccoli and Blue berries too. Superfoods . Contain a lot of anti oxidants. Even red wine in moderation is good for you.

Hang on...... I might have already had it and had the cure without knowing it.

Maccies and KFC is probably not good for it.

Honey has long been a default 'go to' in home remedies and herbalism.

I don't think it's going to provide us with a 'covid cure', but it certainly won't hurt to boost the bodies overall wellbeing by using it.

Have honey in my porridge every morning, have done for about 20 years and always had a spoonful for a sore thrust in the past as it soothes it better than medicine
