I'm guessing that there hasn't been any great scientific research into this yet. Sydney may monitor and see our highlighting of the gap.

Detection of viral presence is 1 thing. Actual infection from specific behavioural acts, in the context of the typical sex styles that we have, is another. Whilst track and tracing was looking for close proximity engagement of 15 minutes or longer, we could be concerned about the men who give oral for hours

or strangely relaxed about people who cum in a couple of minutes

, when there may be a tightly packed bareback gangbang underway

The virus lives in the respiratory tract, so kissing is far riskier than oral. Nothing is 100% without risk, obviously.

According to tests, the virus has been found to be detectable in the oro-fecal route. It can be detected from anal swabs after nasal and oral swabs would show clear.
