Current as of 25th of July 2020- hopefully Fab will update their guidelines soon, following those. However, please note different rules for Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.

Which specific changes are you thinking are new and thus affect fab and us users?

The bubble and relaxation of restrictions on 2 households meeting have, I think been around for some time, for example.

Yes, but Fab guidelines have not been updated since 1st of June. Since then, quite a few things changed, especially regarding meeting others outdoor. Also, those guidelines show the prospective timescale for the further lifting of the restrictions, providing the virus is not going to get out of hand.

Sex meets are against social distancing rules. Sex bubbles aren't relevant to a sex site where people fuck strangers.

The last update covered socials. Meets for sex is still not allowed as you would need to get closer than two metres which is against Government guidelines

Amazed that not all people and websites are not upto to date with legislation.

Clubs, spa's, gyms, massage parlours are now exempt from people having to wear masks.

i can see both sides of this

not planning any meets myself and agree the guidelines for meeting up dont include fucking randoms

but there has been thread after thread about this so its clear the site users are getting tired of the blanket ban

wouldn’t a compromise be to reopen the meets section but deactivate the drop downs for type of meets that aren’t allowed (similar to how they got rid of part of verifications but left the page)

people could still legitimately advertise for outdoor , socials, meeting at clubs that have reopened with social distancing

I understud that 2x randoms could form a bubble, each random is not supposed to bubble with anyone else, however this is totally un policable.

the social distancing rules are still 2m without a mask and 1m+ with a mask... so i am not sure why people are so itching to try to meet anyway!

people are always looking at bending the rules or trying to find loopholes... rather than just accepting that it is what it is for the time being!!!

It’s still not safe to meet . 1 meter social distancing with no physical contact , so how do you want fab to change their guidelines?? Maybe they could put you can have sexual contact with someone as long as you wear a mask and use a 1 meter dildo ???

Also, it would have been very difficult for the law to have brought any kind of prosecution of two people having sex in a private dwelling, even from March 24th, if anyone had been, I'm sure it would have been headline news

The key word here is guidelines.

We live in an area where the infection rate is at 0.007%, yet we have to abide by the same guiding as Blackpool or Leicester ? The guidelines are there to steer people into more fear and trepidation, thus pretty much outlawing the use of judgement and common sense.

Its right and proper that we are concerned, but it's time to stop worrying now.

At this point we need to start believing that common sense is our best defence, as opposed to 'best guess' from the govt?

Hull

Pubs and bars have the 1+m distancing between tables and technically you are only supposed to be going out with people already in your social bubble.

Not meeting a group of mates for a beer then all going back to different households.

Or a stranger then heading off for sex after.

Stazi karen

Karen loves the state

Karen is always the allies of whatever government or whatever mainstream media tells her

She never questions anything

She's the reason why I need to "speak through a flower"

If I lied and pretended more I would get laid easier. My mates do it with their wags but I find the whole act a waste of energy and happiness.

I know my views aren't popular or "correct politicly"

But Karen's in Germany and Russia forced people to be afraid of the state.

Like on fabswingers. Karen is probably telling moderators about me.

She's caused all this covid mania.

She told me not to wear a mask and to wear a mask weeks later.

"Man talk"

I man talk with females who are on a level.

But mostly Karen's are a bit dangerous.

I believe in people beeing free and going to hug eachother and say their opinions.

If there was a real pandemic I would certainly isolate indoors.

Karen pressures the torys to lockdown more. The torys were probably going to do the American thing.

If we keep l isterning to Karen we would be indoors forever. We would just be like tortoise in shells and it would lead to a full collapse of society...

Karen will suffer the barbarians and I will save myself. She's going to think I am selfish but I told her what would happen if she issued a year long lockdown

You sir, are an idiot, the infection rate is approaching double digits and mortality rates among infected is dropping only because more people are being diagnosed. I know 2 people who have died from coronavirus. Risk your own life, not others.

To me, the point is they are guidelines. Legally up to 30 people can meet indoors together now.

I think Fab should encourage everyone to follow the guidelines but not make it mandatory and leave it for individuals to make there own decisions.

my "trigger point" is that i have had 3 people i know die from this so far....

my "trigger point" is that my sister who works for the nhs, was well 10 days ago and had to have a test, thankfully it came back negative!

so yeah.. my patience may be longer.... and one person dying from this that could have be prevented is one too many! i'll trust the science more than the politics!

But that’s the point .... which science? And you stated the loopholes and rules bit which is driven by politics. I’m not disagreeing with your concern, if more of us had been affected we may too show greater concern. Scientists disagree, politics is skewed by finance ( and is frankly at odds with itself) so who is it you are waiting for to say ‘go play’?

The “trigger point” that makes you think today’s the day .... not the circumstances that are making you cautious ?

From 4th July you have been legally allowed to meet up to 29 other people indoors. The social distancing is government guidelines that are no longer legally enforceable in your home. See Hansard for the PM speech or House of Commons library for the full legislation.

So if I have a 3 threesome in my house it breaks the guidelines but it is not illegal.

Fair point, though you will be aware that people with disabilities seen or unseen are exempt from wearing masks. This means if a person has a genuine reason for not wishing to wear a mask in my place of business they are allowed to enter and be served.

People do meet on here to date as well. We are not particularly desperate to meet right now but can imagine what it's like to be a kinky single. It would be useful if govt gave direct guidance as to new relationships but they are too scared of being that blatant on micro managing people's lives. People in Holland have been able to have a sex partner since the beginning Anyway sex with masks would be hot lol
