Just prior to the lockdown, NHS England published this in their reports:

"However, more than one in four (28.5%) said they had experienced harassment, bullying or abuse from patients, relatives or members of the public, almost one in seven (14.9%) experienced physical violence, and almost 40,000 of those who responded (7.2%) said they faced discrimination from patients over the last year – up from 5.8% in 2015."

.

I personally think that's all quite shocking stats...so go on, go clap!

No, but we all know alcohol will create undesirables.

"Or traffic wardens ?"

No, but wardens inherently bring unhappiness, so will attract anger by default. That's why ANPR is safer, wardens can do they job in an office instead

On your point about alcohol. Not sure if you saw the stats and reportage from South Africa recently, who banned all sales of alcohol in their lock down. Now im not advocating that.... But if you pause for a moments thought.... Production, distribution, sales and Consumption of alcohol leave a ridiculous footprint on our society. I like an ouzo as much as the next man though.
