derby

Well when our holiday to Florida was cancelled I expected a fight with tui however we received an email asking us to be patient and they would contact us in due course, we were and they called a few days later gave three options including a refund which we took and our money was in our account two days later

You can see RyanAir taking notice of that can't you lol. He'll probably print it, cut it to tissue sized pieces and charge you to use it in the on-board loo's of his fleet.

kinky land

Ryan air has actually started the processes of refunds and claims it will be caught up by the end of July. I personally wouldn't fly with them even if they were the only ones in the sky.

Lots of companies are struggling. Virgin holidays told me today it's a maximum of 120 days from date of refund request but really they are processing in more like 90 days. The legal 14 days just won't be inforced.

It is just easier to take a partial refund and rebook something lush. Well that's what I did only I'm impatient and won't wait until next summer

Unfortunately Ryanair were the only ones flying to my destination. Still no refund ! I'm not shocked at all. I will never use the clowns again

In my happy place

I was meant to be away with TUI last month.

When they emailed cancelling, I submitted my refund code as didnt want to rebook.

That was 22 May.

Refund went back on credit card last week. It was on my statement. No email from them. I then asked ccard co to transfer £ to my bank acct.

Done in 24 hours.
