"Seems the covid denying Brazilian president has tested positive. While not wishing ill on anyone......KARMA!"

He's apparently said if he DOES get it, he will only get very mild symptoms

Maybe this will cause him to wake up and start addressing the issue with some seriousness.

He has been taking those 2 unproven drugs all the time.

Wish him a speedy recovery. Perhaps now he won’t downplay it so much.

I for one want him to get really sick with it, not enough to kill him but enough to make the cunt to appreciate that it’s not a joke

I thought it was more deserving when Boris "herd immunity"johnson and Cummings got it

Bolsanaro says it's just flu

Boris and Cummings knew exactly what it was and made the cold calculated decision to let thousands of old people die to save the economy

I'd say KARMA too but those two survived

Why would he do that when his experience of the disease will show it's no worse than a cold.

That will be down to his experience of the disease, that's why I said : 'maybe'

As of today Tuesday, he is feeling worse than how he felt on Sunday, so it depends on how he continues to feel in the coming days.

I think you can guess from the general theme of my other posts that I'm expecting him to power through it.

If only your expectation was a magic wand

On 7 July , BBC news covered this story mentioning the catastrophic death rate in Brazil pointing out that Brazil was 2nd only to the USA in the number of deaths attributed to Covid-19 , They also covered news from Australia, where , due to a surge in cases the Australian Government were implementing stringer lock down measures, while reporting on the easing of lockdown in the UK with pubs , hairdressers etc, re-opening ,,,,,,,,,,,, to link the 3 countries , Brazil is the 2nd worse country in the world , the UK is the 3rd worse , ,while Australia has a total of 106 deaths due to covid-19 whereas the UK reported 155 deaths in the previous 24 hours ,

Men tend to suffer worse from the disease than women, so he's at a disadvantage. He's probably going to command the best treatment though. I hope that he learns from his experience and prioritises a better health response for his people.

Arrogance and self awareness rarely go hand in hand.

Karma? What an attitude to have and I’m surprised so many others in this thread are following suit.

You realise, if he survives this virus it’ll only harden his beliefs that the virus is not a big deal. And people saying things like “karma” and “he deserves it” etc will only serve to create even bigger divides.

He’s a 65 year old man and i wouldn’t feel smug about anyone of that age catching the virus, regardless of their beliefs
