If you’re this paranoid then you should also worry about door handles, tap handles, the table you’re sat on, any window you touch (condensation), whether the glasses have been washed thoroughly, if the person stocking shelves in shops wiped down ever item of food...

The risk is the same from all of those things. Low.

Loads of folk using electric fans in the recent hot weather. If you sat and analysed all the things that could spread the virus then life would be pretty dismal. Just get on with life and use common sense.

Dryers can create an "aerosol that contaminates the toilet room" when people do not wash their hands properly before using them. When people do not wash their hands properly and then place them in a shaft of hot air, germs are spread around the atmosphere, researchers found.
