" Its normal mate you have more time on your hands with lockdown and not so much going on in your life,not engaging with people,depressing news.I have done a lot of short handed blue water sailing and the combination of isolation and added stress plays havoc with your mind and sleep patterns,you have to see it for what it is and once you recognize its the situation making you feel a certain way and not the people you are focusing on it should get better. | |||
