We're only allowed to travel 5 miles at the moment for essential travel. So in some rural areas you have to travel more than 5 miles to the nearest supermarket. They want to plan rotas, do risk assessments, make changes to working duties etc. Even hospital consultants and gp’s don’t know what’s going on! | |||

I have the work issues at the moment, I’ve been downgraded to ‘low risk’ by Occy Health even though there’s no change in gov. info. Not sure what’s going on at the moment.... living in limbo x | |||

" Something I’ve seen on a local new website tonight has reinforced my feelings about the shoddy way shielding updates have been handled. There have been a lot of allegations for about a week, voiced on social media by a local councillor. He claims that public health England had banned anyone from the hospital trust from answering any questions about Covid at the hospital. He claims that this is to keep the high number of Covid deaths and hospital admissions there under wraps and staff have been instructed to refer all enquiries to PHE. It have just seen that hospital has now been closed for a deep clean and an investigation is underway to find out if the cases are hospital acquired or community acquired.
