Only if one of you lives alone or just with children under 18.

And only one person and no substitutions, once you've made your choice that's it... God only knows who is policing this apart from no one!

The rules are as long as one of you lives alone you can effectively join their family. But then they can't have anyone else in their bubble such as other family members or her kids boyfriends/girlfriends.

Some big decision need making if you want to do it legally.

Central

You can meet socially outside, with 2m distance, or via the new bubble arrangements, after Saturday, subject to the conditions. Obviously it's unrealistic that only 1 bubble could exist forever, therefore there would be alternatives allowed before we reach closer to infinity.

If you have or are a cleaner, they can go about their work in a house. Interviews for employment are also permitted, as are home viewings, if a home sale etc is being discussed. All of these come with some distancing needs. You can also arrange for safety measures, such as masks, hand sanitisation and conducting some elements outside in good ventilation.

I think you will find the entrance to your pub bubble locked.

Unless they serve "to go" and there's a nice green nearby.

That's what everyone is doing around here, anyway.

Though I did happen across a cafe nearby that sells pints. With outdoor seating.

Your partners household can have one single person in a bubble with them. If her son’s girlfriend has already taken that spot, then you’ve lucked out I’m afraid!

Who has been policing any of it?

It’s down to individuals to do the right thing. We aren’t under martial law!
