I was thinking more that the government could have had greater results in suppression of it, if they'd had a better approach - test, isolate, contact tracing. I'm unsure about other measures - perhaps some greater evaluation of incoming travellers, whilst our infection levels were very low.

I especially trust your evaluation of most things, so it's good to hear your view.
