All the cabinet have lied to protect him! He is the one pulling all the strings of government. He has power, influence, money. But we are to believe it is utterly impossible for him to get emergency child care assistance in London?

There are key workers on minimum wage, no job security, no money in the bank, who have damn near killed themselves trying to keep their families safe under the worst of conditions. Cummings plea of "no alternative" is a kick in the teeth to all those genuine people. He is pissing on the graves of those who have died.
