First day back for insomniac

Bournemouth

had first day back at work today. Been used to late late nights. Not being active has meant sleep has gone out window. Anybody else struggling with routine

I hate sleeping I usually just do 4-6 hrs a night. Light sleeper too, lots of ambulances and other services use my road, sets off neighbours dogs.

I'm usually awake at the crack of dawn, yeh I know Dawn's a lovely girl.
