Group testing- possible future

Group (Pooled)testing is being used in Iceland and Israel. Where the number of PCR/Elisa tests are limited, it is a much more efficient way of testing - in particular with the 10-15 minute test available in the US which detects active infection.

Should we not be looking at this way of testing to accurately track Covid?
