Prof. Neil Ferguson if ever an egghead deserved some Karma it was him. His track record is appalling, and he's a Goverment advisor! It's his computer models that advised governments worldwide, its his computer models that have blown out of proportion a few of the latest viruses, not only this one. This bloke needs to answer some questions.

I hope someone is beginning to fathom out what a bunch of swindlers some of these experts are!

What rules ? What rules ?

He's a professor and therefore can't be a moron by sheer definition.

What rule did he break ?

I just don’t get it. Very disappointing behaviour. The call of vagina and penis must have been strong.

Tower Bridge South

Dead cat story. Why did the telegraph sit on the story for a month and then decide to publish on the day our death toll became the worst in Europe?

Yes, Ferguson was right to resign and yes, it is a story. No, it's not the biggest story of the day. It's deliberate to distract from the death toll and the phone app.

Literally couldn’t give a toss about any of that. We’re being told to stay home and he has his bit on the side round cos he needs to empty his balls. I need my fwb round but it ain’t happening.

That dickhead up in Scotland telling people to stay home then fucks off to her holiday home, I mean, don’t make the rules if you aren’t going to follow them yourselves is the point here, not why the rag didn’t print the story immediately

You know who I want statistically modelling the worst case scenario... An egghead. He happens the worlds leading egghead.

His models do just that... Advise on a "worst case"scenario with varying probability.

He is not a politician not does he write or make policy decision.

If you don't like the steps the government has implemented... Blame the government.

Clearly the guy has broken the law and yes that makes parts of position questionable.

He should also face prosecution but legally not in the courtroom of twitter and social media.

There is no one better qualified than him in our current position. Everyone's wants throw his expertise out the window because he wanted to get his dick wet?

Look at all the threads started on forums about people wanting to meet and complaints about getting messages about meting.

I'm not excusing his behaviour but this more over reaction of cutti g of our nose to spite our face

That is how epidemiology models work.... They take data they have at the present moment and extrapolate a scenario if r0 number remains constant or grows.

It's a sky is falling number at the beginning.

If he and the imperial college had not stepped in to advise the government... We would still be relying on heard immunity. Loonbow that turned out for bojo

Experts in any field don't provide black and white yes or no answers.

The media debase the public understanding from the world is... nuanced and subtle.

To team red or blue and everything is binary.

I'm not 5 years old nothing in life is that simple let alone a deadly new virus we knew nothing about and still have limited knowledge of now
