What the hell .... the main page says all “essential” workers can now be tested , you don’t need symptoms , and give a list that pretty much includes anyone , the apply for a kit or driver-they form then says only use if you have symptoms, the next page for kit delivery says only key workers... which is different to essential workers. Confused
