Okay. First of all: I'm a minimum wage key worker still working f/t. I'm off today but back tomorrow 7.30 am until 2.30 pm Wednesday.

I'm having a TV delivered from Curry's today. Treating myself and my son to a smart. 32" Sharp £159. £90 off apparently.

My question: should I tip the delivery drivers? Maybe they not allowed to take it anyway?

I won't argue with that.

How can you work 32 hours? You do know that’s illegal?!

Digressing slightly I fear. 14 hour double shift + sleep-in + single early shift. That's the way it is in this business.

Well I’m old fashioned and was taught to give generously and live on 80% of what I make save 10, give away 10% and will only work for companies that do similar. But I still won’t tip unless they deserve it, if they are shit I will even haggle and pay less in a restaurant

It’s normal in many sectors only the public sector who don't sign the 48hr opt outs! My team have all been working since 7am Friday , about 75 hours so far , taking turns to have naps

? Why? 9.30 pm to 7.30 am is sleep-in. I do 7.30 am until 9.30 pm the next day (double shift - sleep-in - double shift) sometimes.

I'm only 35 hours. I'm doing one extra 7 hour shift because of the situation ATM. (So 42, not 35). My son is always my first priority.
