Masked and Distant

1918 figures mean nothing for today's epidemic.

Different population, different (non existant) health service, different living conditions, different way of disseminating information.

The government has always said there will be more peaks or waves of infection, the idea is to keep them at levels the NHS can cope with.

Well it certainly didn't help that they tried to cover it up and silence the whistle blowers

First "wave" of Spanish flu was spring 1918...died down somewhat in summer. Second (largest) wave occured......Mostly in USA....due to mass repatriation of troops at end of war in Autumn 1918.

It’s 14 days and this is only applicable to Beijing

Its is 14 days but is that enough

I dont see the point of diluting my point And THE point is that this is perfectly possible to stop but only if you STOP it recurring
