Came up on several news feeds this morning that apparently it's being considered... after Nicola sturgeon discussed it as part of an exit strategy.

Basically people from two households.. friends or family would be allowed to mix but it would have to stay as those two groups and not swap and change.

This would help a lot I think but not sure how people wouldnt abuse it but guess it's an extension of the " visit friends or family if you need cool off time "

I was reluctant to post this after seeing it being a lead post on daily mail but its showing up on quite a few different sources

I think of done properly it will help with mental health issues and isolation issues. Obviously will mean couples separated to separate houses could mix again x

While I am shielded I have been doing this from the beginning. I had my first call yesterday to check up on me...to which I told the caller I could not shield and the reason why.

Her response was I'm not the covid police and while I wish you could I can fully understand why you cant.

I think a lot of responsible people have been doing this from the beginning...but yeah this brings some clarity

yeah I think a lot of people will already have been doing so. I technically have as my son lives with me... and his kids come to stay in the week while their mum ( a key worker) is at work x

I think it's a great idea. I'm sure they will know people will take the piss too though, and will have calculated the risks assuming this will happen.

To be fair its not much different to the going to a friends or family house for a few days for cool off
