It may seem a little lightweight, but my hands are in an awful state after a couple of months of constant 20 second washes. Can you share tips on hand care?

The trick is to moisturise your hands every single time you wash them

Aveeno.

I like Soap and Glory Hand Food but it's scented in a way that most men probably won't like.

Wet your hands before you even touch the soap dispenser. Make sure you dry thoroughly. And good quality moisturiser.

I'm washing my hands all the time (carer) and that's the advice I was given by my nurse friend.

Hands still good here

hiding from cock pics.

Use a bar of soap rather than liquid soap, it's really helped and I am also using epaderm cream in the pump dispenser, it's an emollient and really good. So good on my hands that I'm using it all over my body including my face and loving how soft and smooth my skin is.
