Else feel like the longer you stay in the more anxious you are when you actually go out? Even just to the supermarket. I've been this morning and just wanted to get back home, it still feels really wierd.

I’m quite the opposite. I’m starting to understand why, if I leave the front door open, the dog makes a run for it.

Yep. Know exactly what you mean. I've got anxiety medicated and feeling fine now. Did you put your trip off. The longer you leave it, the harder it gets.

Thankfully I'm cool with it. Only shopping once or twice a week....fresh veg and salads don't last long enough. But I am going to my allotment daily...a ten minute walk each way and chatting to others...at a suitable distance.

I'm more bored at home....messaging and WhatsApp people and swapping some of the funny pics/vids that are around

I don't want to go down the mask route yet but plenty of people were, customers and staff.

I've spent a lot of time on my veg patch, it's very therapeutic

Yes, it was about that long for me, maybe that's partly why I feel like that.

That’s the thing. Nothing. I think i was just overcome with emotion from being out and about and seeing different people.

When I go to the supermarket now I get dressed up as if I'm off for a night out. Asda is the new nightclub.

No I go out as I work and it doesn’t bother me now! Can only do what the government recommends and hope for the best!

Have to say going round the supermarket now feel highly uncomfortable as i try to negotiate the aisles whilst trying to stay socially distant from others..

Always glad to get back home..

Missing hugs and body contact loads..
