Not sure whether this is better off in the Lounge but this situation feels specific to the current climate.

What's the best way to handle Fabbers that you may or may not have talked to in some depth previously that message you purely to ask how you are, "hope you're well/safe" or mention however many days or weeks it's been since you two last communicated?

You certainly can't really go into detail about the truth, whatever the case
