Remember Polaroid the camera and 3D printer company ? Well they also for a time produced glasses, sunglasses for a short time. I've heard on the grapevine that their innovation centre have been working recently at combining the two ventures in order to begin manufacture of a special lens made of a compound that will pick up where strains of Covid-19 are and how much viral load is present.

Rather ground breaking stuff form a company I had not heard much of recently and well done to those working on that.

"Is this reported anywhere other than the Daily Mail? "

It seems to be being covered in quite a few different publications online so far today.

"Daily Fail spreading more rumours??"

Mail and express love a good 'X cures cancer" story.

The are just applying that idea to the current panic to sell papers with a juicy if misleading headline.

Newspapers have been peddling clickbait for centuries..
