What’s people’s thoughts on blokes shaving their own nappas due to current circumstances and how do the ladies feel about relying on their own skill sets of making themselves beautiful?

Got the clippers out on Harry’s hair the other night and he reckons I did an OK job for a beginner!

Not sure I’d touch my own though

Most of us don't have to make ourselves beautiful, we already are

I'm OK with colouring my hair I think and regular grooming I won't be able to cut my hair though, so that will just have to grow.

There are so many styles for the multitude of hair lengths, that it's great to have variety. I like cutting hair, though prefer to do others.

I've a good friend who's a hairdresser who taught me how to bleach my own hair & I've bought Olaplex to maintain the condition if I need to do it myself. My hair will be fine without cutting for a few months and I'm able to keep the short fringe and shaved undercut in check myself.

E has a shaved head anyway so he's sorted

I usually have a hair cut every ~ 6 weeks - last one was 3 weeks ago - so think I will go for ~ 15 weeks without one - my hair will not have been so long since about 1976

I'm growing out my eyebrows (and my pubes!) - they're not super plucked but it's been a while since I've seen them au naturel.

My hair was cut and bleached a week before lockdown - it may look a little scruffy in time but I'll just embrace my inner rock chick. And not hairdrying is improving the condition!

I'm also giving my nails a chance to breathe, and am only putting on a little make up for special video calls. I don't wear that much in general but it's nice to embrace naked face!

"I'm trying to pluck my own eyebrows "

Every morning get the magnifying mirror and tweezers out. Just pull the ten longest or most misplaced from each side. Make it into a bit of a project to gradually bring them under control...

It's a good plan! If you've got a strong shape just tidy up around that. And trim any ones that get out of hand but might spoil the line if you take them out.

Mine were getting a little scrappy (I normally home pluck and get them professionally done whenever I want to look particularly sharp) so I'm excited to thicken them out and then go get them reshaped after all this. You can hang a face off a good set of eyebrows!

Usually get a friend to do my hair with clippers but can't visit him currently so did it myself last night. Once I started there was no going back. Obviously I can't see the back but a quick video on my phone doesn't look too bad, had to redo a few small spots this morning that were slightly longer than the rest but I'm confident of doing it again when needed now.

I shave mine nice and smooth every morning in the shower. I’ve done it for yeeeears. Easy.

Oh.... HEAD hair?? I do that myself too, just 25mm on top graduating to 12mm at the sides and back.

Easy with practice.... and mirrors.

Get a fringe or make sure it’s an optimal length to cover eyebrows.

I used to cut my own hair for ages thanks to the fact I could generally do it better myself with clippers and a couple of mirrors than most people I'd paid to do it. Within the last year I finally found someone who could do a better job on it than me and have been getting it cut regularly - however as it grows out, I will be mostly going back to my old technique. So whilst I'm not worried about looking completely awful, I will be looking forward to resuming my regular appointment at the barbers once this is all done.

Had long hair for nearly 20 years, was just about to get a trim before lockdown. Was thinking about taking my beard trimmer to it to keep it manageable, then letting it grow back while I'm stuck indoors, but think I'll just put up with it being a little bit too long for a while.

Queue at my barbers is gonna be mental when they reopen though.
