We wrote to our local council with regard to off-setting the start of payments for council tax by three months.

We where due to start payments for this years Council Tax beginning March. I sent a simple email to Revenue Services and asked for a 3 month deferral they have just returned a reply saying that they are deferring to operate between July to March.

Go to it folks, if it helps you balance finance better.
