It was Thursday. I was sure it was Wednesday.

Have you lost days during this crisis?

Burslem

Being an insomniac days merge into one an other. Awake for a few days lose all sense of what day it is. Having a 2 HR sleep can feel like your a day ahead.

For the last few weeks I've been getting 4 to 5hrs sleep (my usual being 2 to 3) when I sleep although really restless sleep up and down like a yoyo. Could be Friday and thinking ohh it's Sunday or could think it's Sunday and it's actually Tuesday. My days are actually night at the moment which is fine I can't go out anyway so not missing on things only opened during the day.

Ssdd same shit different day. It all blends in. I've been up all night today feels like a Tuesday, Wednesday's feel like oh half way through nearly the weekend but now have nothing to look forward to so it doesn't feel like a Wednesday at all and Thursdays are the oh it's nearly Friday and again nothing happening, it's definitely a Tuesday because we're not even half way there yet. So doesn't really matter as counting the days is more depressing knowing how long it's been and no future date to look forward to.

I work from home and a sort of night shift 6pm -2am, so my last working day/night is Thursday. Yesterday on a video chat with colleagues I was talking about how I was looking forward to this shift being over and starting my weekend. Only to be told it was Wednesday I honestly thought it was the end of my week, assumed it was an age thing, glad it's not just me
