Feeling guilty

So I now have to have 7 days self isolation due to having symptoms. I'm deemed high risk but I chose to work anyway.

He is already at home due to extreme high level risks and been told to shield so effectively we have to isolate from each other at home as well.

I feel pretty rubbish anyway physically but more than this I feel so guilty for not being at work alongside my health care colleagues. Logically I know I need to be at home but in my heart I feel I'm letting so many people down.

The lack of testing is just awful - so many of us could be back at work sooner if we had this vital information.

Always said my job would bloody kill me !

There doesn't seem to be any consistent pattern to who dies and who lives. Keep your chin up, you'll be fine

Please don't feel guilty, your doing the right thing by your colleagues and the people you care for..

Concentrate on getting well and back to what you do..
