Assuming you are looking for lifestyle clubs Secrets in Kissimmee is the closest one. It's at a lifestyle resort. Next would be Eyez Wide Shut in Tampa. There are a few smaller places around the area as well. Bob's Hot Spot in Pierson, Minglers in Daytona, and Club 3x in Cocoa are the first that come to mind.
