Thinking leaving ???? but cannot believe some prices on houses ...is real you can buy a decent house with 25-30,000$ ? Should be a catch somewhere

5 bedroom for 26,330 in Buffalo .. hmm

Some advices pls or a phone no will be appreciated ( on private of course)
