Washington DC Xmas 2016

Heys all. Just wondering, how's DC like during Xmas? I'll be going there for five days this Christmas, staying at Foggy Bottom, Avenue Suites Hotel.

Is there an active swinging scene in the capital? Any advice that can be given regarding swinging in the US, as well as any tips on American women in general? Not that I'm a pickup artist, but like they say "the more you know..."

All the help much appreciated!
