Any advice on where I would direct a female friend on mine in DC who is looking to explore her Bi side?

I'm thinking low key party scene, private gatherings and club nights? There seems to be a gay scene but she complains it's very male.

Depending what area of DC she's in, there is a club in Catonsville, MD called Tabu. They allow single females so it shouldn't be to difficult for her to explore her bi side. It's about 40 miles from downtown DC.
