How long does it take you to click with someone?

I've noticed that here on fab that I can tell within the first couple messages if I click with the person on a friendship level or something more, even if its for sexy banter or more importantly a meet.

I was messaged by a couple of people recently that actually asked me what I meant by needing to "click" with the other person I thought they were joking!! lol sadly they could have been Potiential meets but because the didn't even know what or why I thought it was important to have some kind of connection with whomever we meet, was a tale tale sign that I should not only walk, but run in the other direction lol

I know everyone is different, some need none at all, some know within 2, some take longer. So give me your input.

For us, that's sometimes true. We usually need to meet someone first. We need to be able to see the eyes. Especially while they are chatting.

That fascinates the hell out of me.

This is in no way a putdown, but there seem to be sooo many people on here that can have sex at the drop of a hat with anybody that's willing. Again, there's nothing wrong with that. But I find that for me, there HAS to be some type of chemistry! And it's not always about looks or body type. It's almost like 2 puzzle pieces that fit together, or even trying on shoes. If there's zero chemistry, I just cannot function, if you get my drift.

I will definitely keep the eye thing in mind for the next time.

Me the male half, I've worked in a few different night clubs here in Michigan. Because of that I have been able to read the character of people rather quickly. Being a bouncer you learn to read speech and body language. Altho you can't see body language through here speech tells just as much... I can usually tell if I'm interested in some one within a few minutes of a conversation

That is EXACTLY what I say! Upon their 2nd or 3rd message, I know if we clicked!

I think I can read people pretty good. but I still need a couple meets to make sure there's chemistry. that's why I like having friends with benefits. you get to know them better over a long. Of time

I've been told I'm a good reader of people... So when we meet someone I often know early on as well thank goodness for social meets because the way you click in text, email, Skype and phone can still change when meeting face to face

There really should be a swinging 101 book

I'm a security contractor so I know what you mean. While you can tell a bit about a person through writing messages back and forth, and even what they write vs profile. There is nothing like sitting across from somebody and reading body language.

I was watching MILLIONARE MATCHMAKER yesterday, and I actually found myself wishing there was something like that for Swingers!

Imagine the time and wasted effort that could be saved.

A swingers game show, that could be fun also. Do you take the person behind door number one or the person in the box. Imagine what the " Big Deal of the Day " would be.

For me if I'm going to share my wife and our bed we defiantly need to "click" can usaly tell within 2-3 mesages if there's a spark, but its not until you are face to face (I also used to work in security) you can really tell how you will get on. A.

totally agree ,you can normally tell with a few messages but a face to face social meet is best not everyone is honest and truthful
