As many North Americans head down to Punta Cana for a vacation, I thought I'd ask on here as well ( already posted in the worldwide section). Looking to take my wonderful wife on a holiday to Dom Rep and I'm leaning towards the Meliá Punta Cana Beach Adults Only resort. Anyone stayed there? Is it as laid back as the travel vids suggest? Sunshine and heat always seem to work my wife's legs wide open for the duration! Lucky me, eh? Might be needing a wingman to help keep up with her

. Any opinions on the resort would be welcome. Feb 2025 is the target time to escape the shoddy British weather.
