Miami or Fort Lauderdale where is the best place to stay for swingers

Hi planning a trip to Miami 17th of Jan to 28th of February 2022, looking for advice for the best place to stay ( Miami Beach or Fort Lauderdale?) for an experienced single and a couple to stay and party?

Both enjoy bareback play with tested and Preped couples and singles which I know is controversial on here just our preference.

All advice really appreciated looking at a max £4,000 budget for house of apartment with pool.
