It’s really starting to be evident that the lack of a barrier and proper points of entry are the root problem at the border. Perhaps there is a more bipartisan approach to caring for those who are legally seeking asylum in the US, but nobody’s plan will work if there is no accountability. The resistance to any and all initiatives by the previous administration as carried out by the haters will have lasting effects.

Agreed if anyone in the states abandoned children anywhere they would be charged with child neglect. The boarder patrol is at its limit with the surge and they releasing people with the virus into general population.

They have corrupt governments so only other option is economic sanctions. Guatemala was hit by 2 hurricanes. It is one of the major reasons why there is a influx of immigrants. Do we have invade other countries to restore some sense of social/economic balance ?
