Obama was stymied because the Republicans controlled the senate. Everything he proposed was blocked by them, so he was in a hopeless position for much of his presidency.

I'm thoroughly embarrassed that we have an idiot clown for a so called president. He holds the title of president, but he's definitely not a leader in any sense of the word. He doesn't have the intelligence to be president, or even a honest business man for that matter, and he's seriously lacking in any other aspect of being a decent human being.

Obama was a good president, he tried to correct things that needed correcting, but as someone else mentioned, Obama had his hands tied most of the time by several racist republicans, not to mention the non racist republicans that just wanted to go against him just for their own idiotic

views.

Biden will at least try to be a good president, and he will try to make things better for poor and middle class people. He will also try to eliminate trumps biggest tax break in history for the rich that the republicans passed.

Biden has many good ideas for the future of the US, and for our close allies. I just hope he can get his ideas passed through congress so it will do some good.

You know guys . Seriously . The world as we knew it will never be the same again . Covid 19 has .. no matter what country you are living in.has destroyed our culture . The blame game has really started . The thing . WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER.is gone.. this all started in china . Now usa .uk. india. Italy .france . Brazil all have more cases and deaths than them ... we who survive this will have to learn to live in a new world ..new ways .

Our children and grandchildren. Will never have the quality of life we had.

Here in ireland we have moved to level 3 . But in my opinion there will be another complete lockdown before christmas at the moment . Hardware companies are running short ofbasic materials they sell. Eg paint . Timber etc ... hope im wrong .but i see really bad times ahead . Cases of the virus are starting to rise very high again . As i say i hope im wrong and a vaccine in close .

Is it not counterproductive to castigate people for voting Trump by saying what a terrible person he is and pointing out numerous flaws in his character without offering a credible alternative?

Would it not have made more sense for people to try and understand what makes and incentives so many ordinary Americans to elect a man with no a controversial past and no political experience over a candidate who was touted as being the "Best qualified person for the job ever?"

Currently, Trump is probably the frontrunner as the opposition has not used the four years to build up a more credible challenger? Much of the media coverage seems to have been obsessed with random celebrities running for office? I remember Meryl Streep at one point making a lot of noise about encouraging Oprah Winfrey to have a go at it!

It's still on mine and I'm looking forward to visiting again, I don't think it's right to judge a country by who's in office. By this logic people would need to boycott places like the Phillipines and Brazil too.

As much as people don't like Trump they need to accept and understand that many Americans had legitimate reasons for voting that way.
