So never been to BGHS and think I’ll give it a whirl this afternoon, probably head down around lunchtime, could do with a bit of R&R. Bit nervous as first timer here, if anyone’s going let me know be nice to sort of know someone. Message me

So my first visit and got to say great place great facilities . Unfortunately it was a man fest no women during the day

On the plus side had a great jacuzzi, sauna and steam much needed after a crap week

Staff were lovely, and my word Sam who I met on the way out on reception was a right sort, extremely easy on the eye

will be back
