First of all, please ignore the 2 posts about the social in June, had forgotten about another event running already on that evening.

Secondly I would like to say a massive Thank You to everyone who came along to the last social, it was an amazing night and I was totally overwhelmed by the amount of people who came along. But it was down to all of you who made it yet another amazing night.

I know there have been alot of questions as to the next event, so, with that in mind, please pop SATURDAY 7TH JULY 2012 into your Diary's.

At the moment the format remains the same but may be subject to change for the next event if numbers continue to increase - just a head's up

As has been the way with previous events, please leave me a comment here or send me a message to my inbox. Also in keeping with past events I will email everyone ONE WEEK beforehand with meeting details.

Socials are a chance to meet people from the site in a no pressure, non play environment, usually pubs. They are a great chance for single guys to stand out and get veris...and who knows what happens afterwards

just a quick note, think i would be looking to book now, hotels in newcastle tend get booked very early you may struggle if you leave it too late

Hi everyone,

So 5 weeks on Saturday until the social - thats come around really quickley!!

Everyone who has left a post here and/or sent me a PM are on my list.

And I have been thinking about another colour theme. Now it is optional, there is no pressure to conform, its just an easier way to try and identify others who are with the group. I remeber overhearing a few people who werent exactly enthusiastic about a colour theme last time but as I say 'tis optional ... would hate to ask Joe Public and his wife if they were part of our group

So in the spirit of the location - and keeping fingers crossed not to offend any of my dear friends from over the water - The theme for the social in July is Black/White.

At the risk of sounding like a broken record, remember 'tis optional

I will repeat myself when it comes to the PM's which would usually be sent around 1 week before hand but ill have to send these 2WEEKS beforehand as im away for my Birthday partying up in Edinburgh the weekend before

"Hi everyone,

So 5 weeks on Saturday until the social - thats come around really quickley!!

Everyone who has left a post here and/or sent me a PM are on my list.

And I have been thinking about another colour theme. Now it is optional, there is no pressure to conform, its just an easier way to try and identify others who are with the group. I remeber overhearing a few people who werent exactly enthusiastic about a colour theme last time but as I say 'tis optional ... would hate to ask Joe Public and his wife if they were part of our group

So in the spirit of the location - and keeping fingers crossed not to offend any of my dear friends from over the water - The theme for the social in July is Black/White.

At the risk of sounding like a broken record, remember 'tis optional

I will repeat myself when it comes to the PM's which would usually be sent around 1 week before hand but ill have to send these 2WEEKS beforehand as im away for my Birthday partying up in Edinburgh the weekend before

I know a few people who were attending and are now showing as user no longer on site.

Its disheartening in general, but whatever their reasons I wont be worrying too much, Im just looking forward to a great night with everyone who has put their names down, who are coming.

I have alrerady had a few apologies from people who have other commitments and Im grateful for them getting in touch.

Im going to start sending the meet details around this morning, so please bare with me, the list is substantially bigger this event than it ever has been, and as usual I would be grateful if you would forgive the copy and paste job I'm about to do.
