There are no swingers clubs in the whole of Lincolnshire

The nearest thing will be chunkymuffins parties, near Boston.

We travel to The Attic in Derby when we can, it's about 76 miles from us, so about 57 from Sleaford.

There's also Purple Mamba in Nottingham, which is about 40 miles away.

As previously mentioned Chunkymufin's, Attic, Purple Mamba but other way is The Annex at Kings Lynn but again bit of a trek.
