Have a few different types from metal to adjustable and and a couple in between.

They are good depends what you want from them and how they fit.

If you want a metal one then I’d suggest getting and adjustable version first so you can figure out the size you need in metal.

Depends on what you want to restrict as well. Ball, cock or cock and balls or all 3 at once...

Metal ball weights are great, but need to be the right size to make sure they are not too tight but tight enough to make sure balls can’t get through...

The rubber ones are also more comfortable to wear under clothes.

I'll be honest I've never understood what these add to the experience.. Not found anything that didn't feel odd or unconfortable.

Main effect for me was delay due to having to take it off
