Not very common I would imagine. I farted earlier. What I thought was a perfectly ok fart. I walk the dog and felt this cold press against my ass. I followed through. Had a shower. I'm commando now.

I don't wear underwear often , only really wear them with some particular work trousers that due to tightness don't leave much to imagination
