Next month I'm in Newcastle for a week. Would appreciate suggestions on things to do/see as I'm up there for a whole week so will have some time to fill.

Go to the seaside, tynemouth is beautiful white sand and goes on for miles

Beehive pub

Quayside =Bridges and a lovely walk

And geordies are the friendly people in the world, as I am one

Thank you. Yes, I went to Tyneside once but the weather wasn't great. Hopefully it holds out so I can actually explore!

Everytime I've visited a friend in Newcastle I'm always in love with the Geordies. Great people.
