Frankly for a first meet you mite find women will run for the hills, as they will just think your playing away.

So I'd say no for first meet definitely.

If regular meet then yeah nice hotel can be nice mate, I went two months ago.

Definentley yes

Safe environment

A bar to have a drink and flirty chats

Knowing you have a room for fun

I've actually met in a hotel bar and booked a room on my phone during the chatting
