There’s lots of on street parking bays, which are free to park in after 8pm until 8am the next day.

Nearest NCP is Chorlton Street, which is very close to the venue.

there is also a pay one at the Minshull Street end of Canal St best approached from Aytoun Street (spelling?) and the best, in Charles St, a short walk away is the University one, barrier controlled, multistorey and £4.00 for 24 hours on a Saturday (£10 on a weekday)

If you want to try somewhere different than the canal street bars, take a walk over to the newly opened 20 Stories in Spinningfields, especially if the weather is fine and the wind isn’t blowing a gale. The views from the massive outside terrace are the best in the city and the atmosphere is Fab.

We will most likely pop in there Friday night and maybe Saturday afternoon if the sun is shining
