Shortbus Party!

So we are organising a party for the 21st of December in ClubF, it will be a very open minded party, for bi singles, couples and Tgirls.
The party is themed on the Shortbus Movie, please do watch it, it will make a lot of sense to the party. The idea is to not be a fetish, or a specific bi/TGirl/gay night, just a very open minded, fun, entertaining night for all to enjoy.

Cinema Room
There will be a cinema room showing the members home made movies. We are asking for any home made videos that people have made, so we can put it on the screens. If you have any, please get in touch. (It will never be released to the public of course)
Chill/fun areas
We will be putting rugs and bean bags around on the floors in the rooms. People can get cosy on the floors and it may help naughtiness to start.
Themed Rooms
We will be making the rooms upstairs into theme rooms. There will be a TGirl and admirers room. M/M room, a no singles room
TGirl Makeup support
we will dedicate a room for a TGirl specialist makeup provider to help you get ready.
Downstairs is for mixed fun, anybody is allowed.
Rules
No private rooms, nothing worse than everybody disappearing to rooms and the club feeling empty. All doors will be asked to be left open, apart from the TGirls and MM room.
AND NO ABSOLUTELY MEANS NO!
Dress code
Anybody out of the bar to be in sexy/fetish wear or underwear.
Times and facilities
Doors open at 6pm, so any TGirls can get ready for 7pm when the bar opens, kick out is 12.30am unless you are staying over, the party then runs all night.
Photographer
A pro photographer will be in the reception room, to take photos of people against a wall that has the ClubF logos and this event logos all over it. Of course it will only be people that ask to be photographed and we will provide masks for people to hide their faces.
Under no circumstances will any photos of people walking past be taken and confidentiality is guaranteed.
Host
We will have a fun DJ in the Bar.
Food
We will be providing a buffet served at 8pm.
Drink
The club doesn’t have an alcohol licence, so bring your own alcohol. You buy soft drinks from the bar.
Table Service
We will have 3 subs walking about the building (one on each floor), giving table service of food and drinks, condoms, lube etc. *If any subs would like to apply for this, please get in touch.
Free condoms and Lube
We will have bowls of condoms and lube around the building. please play responsibly

PRICES
Admission is per person (obviously 2 people in a couple)
£12.50 advance
£15.00 on the door
£2.50 extra if paying by card or PayPal, free in cash or BACs.

There are 3 Private room which are £60 inc entry for a couple
There are also 3 Shared rooms each with 2 double beds in. These cost £55 per bed (for a couple). Singles can have a bed, but only with the other couples permission (also you will pay the full bed price).
And if a third (or more) person joins a couple in a bed, it is a charged at crash price.
There are 14 crash spaces, £10 per person plus entry fee. You will be given a crash pack, which is a duvet and pillows and you can choose to sleep in a playroom or on a sofa in the bar.
Anybody staying, breakfast is provided, which is tea, coffee and toast. There is also a kettle and really nice showers on the top hotel floor.
